Please note we require a minimum of fare paying passengers to warrant some of our Cruises to proceed. This may affect your booking during the quieter months, but we will always endeavour to get you out on the water to enjoy your trip.
In the case of inclement weather conditions, where a trip is cancelled for safety reasons we will where possible accommodate passengers on a later service.
Coastline Cruises cannot be held responsible for any personal items or belongings whilst onboard any of our services.
We ask that customers arrive approximately 15 minutes before their scheduled departure time as all trips leave promptly and tickets are non-refundable.
Animals/Pets are carried at the discretion of our captains and on the understanding they do not upset or aggravate other passengers.
Coastline Cruises reserve the right to refuse access to the vessels to anyone they deem unfit to travel.
